Rates

Weekend Rates (Friday – Saturday)
• $60 per person per night plus tax*
• Minimum of 8 guests; Maximum of 12
• 2 night minimum stay is required
• Add on a Thursday or Sunday for an additional $20 per person plus tax*

Weekday Rates (Sunday – Thursday)
• $30 per person per night plus tax*
• Minimum of 8 guests; Maximum of 12
• 2 night minimum stay is required

Day / Evening Rental (Sunday – Thursday)
• 3 hours minimum – $90 plus tax*
• 4 hours – $120 plus tax*
• 5-8 hours – $150 plus tax*
• 10am to 10pm – $200 plus tax*
• The rates noted above are total costs, not per person
• No overnight stays with one day events

Prices are subject to change.  *Minnesota State Tax = 6.875%
